Once I'm a customer why are you calling and asking for my SSN?

We won't! We will not call and ask for your complete social security number, or your entire date of birth once you are a customer.

We do need that information to qualify you for a loan, but that is typically a call you have placed to us or information you gave us on an on-line application.

We may ask for the last four of your SSN or month and day of birth to verify who you are until we become familar with you.
