COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

At Citizens Savings & Loan, the health and well-being of customers, our staff and communities is a top priority.  We have implemented preventive measures in our branches, as recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus and help to minimize disruptions.

With Tennessee and Georgia allowing businesses to reopen to the public, we are partially reopening our branch locations.

If you or anyone in your family are running a fever, are feeling ill, or have been diagnosed with Covid-19 do not attempt to come to the office until you are well!

If possible, we still strongly encourage you to take full advantage of our remote payment, application, and loan closing options listed below.

If you must come to the office to facilitate a transaction, we ask that any people not directly involved with the transaction remain outside of the office. We will be limiting the number of customers in the office at any one time to four (4) and ask that you remain six (6) or more feet apart. If there are four (4) people in the office wait outside the office for a customer to leave.

If you need to close a loan in the branch, our process as changed, and we will be asking you to provide as much information as possible prior to arriving for the closing. Loan closing will be by appointment only! As tempting as it maybe to spend some time with someone other than your family, we ask that you quickly handle the transaction and not spend any more time than is absolutely necessary in the office for your safety and the safety of our staff.

  • Loan Closings –

           ONLINE: We will send a link through an E-mail to a secure document site                  which requires a text authentication code to access your loan documents.                Here you  will be able to digitally E-Sign your documents. The loan                              proceeds will be wired into your bank account or you can stop by the                        branch and pick up a check.

           IN BRANCH: By appointment only! We ask that you provide as much                           information as possible prior to arriving at the branch. Only people                              signing the loan are allowed in the branch!
