I had been searching for a company that would refinance a 2013 F350 and when I read their statement that they help you no matter the condition, that is what they did for me. I was overwhelmed by their help to refinance my F350 and did in such a short time at their place. It amazed me greatly. I normally don’t give out referrals but in this case I will. ELIZABETH the agent at the office I went to was kind and understanding of my condition and she and the company approved me without a problem. When others I went to mostly credit union banks turning me down Citizens Savings and Loan did not. They put the loan together and did it 100% to my satisfaction. So if you need to refinance or even a loan I would highly recommend them for they do what they say. Thank you again for your help.
I absolutely love the entire staff they are very professional as well as friendly and kind. They go above and beyond to help you keep your vehicle even if you are behind and don’t make you feel bad or unworthy because you may have hit some tough times. All they ask is for you to communicate and they do their best to work out something that works for you and the company. Citizens is a fine company with the kindest employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Feel like I know them all as personal friends.

I’ll never use another loan company but Citizens Savings and Loan in Calhoun, GA… 5 stars in my book…
